About Rincón Beer Co.

We are a microbrewery located in the town of Rincón, Puerto Rico, open to the public since 2015, Rincón Beer Company has always been one of the emblematic places in the urban area. We currently have 16 taps, most of them of our house brews and the other ones from the microbreweries of Puerto Rico. In addition, we have over 50 labels from other breweries from different parts of the world. On the other hand, we work on craft cocktails, fully preparing the products used to make the menu. We have a kitchen that we call "Bar Food" that accompanies the creativity and good vibes of our space.

Fresh Local Beer

Currently our production is approximately 100 gallons per week (16 kegs). This product moves exclusively on our lines and in some special places in our Rincón town. Although the demand warrants it, at the moment we do not have the production capacity to reach all our market. This led us to make the decision to do some contact brewing in other breweries outside of Puerto Rico in order to be able to supply them in larger quantities. These beers are currently distributed by one of the strongest distribution companies on the island, Craft Beer Puerto Rico, who have the largest selection of craft beers on the entire island. It should be noted that among all the brands, soon over 50 brands that they distribute, Rincón Beer Company is the #1 selling brewer in its entire portfolio.

BEER MENU

RINCÓN

RINCÓN is a Pale Ale style beer with a medium body, more into the malty side with cascade hops giving us an earthy yet balanced mouthfeel. This beer color represent the orange/amber color of the sunset in one of the strongest brake points in Rincón, Tres Palmas.

B.O.N.U.S.

B.O.N.U.S. is a Gose Style Sour Ale with guava, pineapple and sea salt. This summer brew is light tart and refreshing. Excellent for a summer day. The name of this beer represents one dangerous project located in one of the best surfing spots in Rincón, known as "Domes" by the locals.

OVERHEAD

OVERHEAD Double IPA is a traditional style american IPA with a strong malt back bone and a huge amounts of citra, amarillo and el dorado hops. An explotion of flavors just like an overhead wave. With the intensity of this beer, we want to proyect ourselves into the strong feel of an overhead wave.

LIVING THE DREAM

LIVING THE DREAM is a DDH NEIPA (citra/simcoe) hazy juicy and full flavor. This NEIPA hits your pallet with intense hop flavors of tropical fruit (passion, mango, papaya) and a heavily wheated grain bill giving us an experience to dream of.

SANDY BLONDE

SANDY BLONDE is a Light Medium Body Blonde with crispy wheat notes. This is our go-to beer in Puerto Rico and is the #1 seller in the Craft Beer PR portfolio for 5 months in a row. This is for us the perfect beach beer.

Cocktails

Cocktails are a world apart from beer, but they share certain similarities both in elaboration, preparation, dedication and consistency. However, few bars experience both worlds simultaneously. It is normal to see a brewery dedicated only to beers and on the other hand a cocktail bar dedicating all the time to its corner. Our cocktail menu is based on the history of Puerto Rico. Each cocktail is a unique and dynamic experience that works to reach all the senses. It should be noted that all our ingredients are made in-house, with fresh produce from the patio.
